Just wondering what are the exact rules on touting. I know there's obviously no over face value excahnges for tickets but what about swapping tickets.
i.e. Swapping say tickets worth more face value for those worth less face value or vice versa.
Whats foot.ie stand point?
You can swap tickets on condition that it's done on a personal basis, i.e. the tickets are for yourself.

might be an idea for a sub forum. That way it'd be easy to police. Limited to football stuff like programmes, tickets etc. Just an idea
