my website is not working, need help

i've gotten the site back up but the links have stopped working. they are supposed to be php links like ?option=thread& etc, like the ones for this forum, but they are coming out like forum/-option-thread-etc.
the site is dynamic and php which means the links arent set by me, they are set by a programme, indivdually, every time someone logs on.
if someone could just try browsing around the site for a while and tell me what happens, id be very grateful. site
im well aware that im not allowed to advertise but this is asking for help; if you want the link taken down i'll edit it and hope that someone who knows what site im talking about replies.
