Dave Robertson in as new Director of Football. Drogheda following Longford in straying away from the norm with a new, young manager and I think it will be good for them. A change from the managerial merry-go-round

Interesting. Does Clancy have any coaching/management experience, for example at junior or underage level?
Think Clancy is an underage coach, but I don't know if he has the required licences to manage in the LOI?
That might somewhat explain the requirement for a Director of Football but then Dave Robertson arising again from nowhere in that role at Drogheda is one of the most unpredictable appointments you will see
Clancy has an A licence which is the requirement for the FD as far as I know. If they got promoted he'd have to be enrolled on the Pro course.Quote:
