Paul Finucane has signed a three year deal with Limerick, according to a report in today's Star.
Discussions are also ongoing with Conor Molan.
Good news I'm sure everybody will agree.
Less good are the suggestions that Jimmy Fyffe, James Sugrue and Keith Hartnett are all looking unlikely to be seen in Limerick blue next season (though naturally Fyffe probably wouldn't have worn blue anyway unless we had a player crisis like last year)
I was under the impression that Sugrue had been signed up by the club. Was it not in the news about roughly a month ago that we announced that the four Kerry boys would be with us again for the new season.
It's good that Finny is staying on, I hope they offered a loyal and good player like him more than €50 a week though ;)

It's in the Leader this week that Molan has signed with Finucane. It also said that NOC is on the brink of signing a right sided player from a premier division club - any ideas? KOB? I was talking to a senior member of rathkeale today and he was telling me that keith hartnett is training with limerick,had a great tournament with the universities, and is looking forward to the new season.
