I take it your on about Stephen. A complicated individual indeed. Who knows what this mans thinking. He quit the Limerick GAA football team because he couldn't give the commitment required. He then said he had no intention of playing eircom league or AIL and just wanted a break!I wonder how much Thomond are compensating him for travelling up and down the country to play rugger infront of one man and his dog!!!!

Ya in fairness to him he's an explosive talent. A wayard genius so to speak. He played for Ireland in the compromise rules 15 months ago infront of 80,000 people in Melbourne. Terrible loss from the GAA though he'd light up the most mundane of football games. Always remember a few years back he got sent off in three different codes all in the one weekend. The Limerick football setup seemed to curb his disiplinary problems though. He would definitely be a huge asset upfront in the eircom league the mans pace is unnatural.
He's a car as well? :DQuote:

Are Thomond that well off? Is he that good at rugby? Surely he would earn much more as part of a successful Limerick FC team. Most might come in bonuses but there you go. :ball:Quote:

Yeah, he'd be getting about €150. He's not actually signed with Thomond though, he's signed with Newcastle West RFC and that's who he is committed to, for now. He's only trying out for Thomond at the moment, can only play as a sub in the second half, some strange junior\senior rugby rule. Also still playing junior footie with Ballingarry.
Is he that good at Rugby? Scored 39 points last week for NCW against Ennis, from full-back! Five tries, and seven conversions I think. The week before that he scored a hat-trick of tries. You could call him handy I suppose.....
