Frank de Boer has been suspended for one year by UEFA after testing positive for nandrolone - and will probably miss Holland's World Cup date with the Republic of Ireland in September.
The 31 year old Dutch captain will not be able to play in any matches next season that fall under the jurisdiction of European soccer's ruling body.
