Bohemians’ Irish under-19 international striker Stephen Ward could be set for a second trial at Football League Championship side Sunderland after impressing in a stint at the Stadium of Light last week.
The 19-year-old trained with the Black Cats last week, and former Republic of Ireland manager Mick McCarthy was suitably impressed by the young Dubliner.
