ah pay the 10 euro ya cheap skate and get the channel ;)
Watch football from a barstool? I think not ;)
Somehow, I wouldnt imagine many pubs would have it, as isn't Setanta a PPV channel?
Of course they will have it - it shows the English football on alternate Saturdays to RTE.... :rolleyes:Quote:

If anyone is looking for it, Cissy Youngs have Setanta so they should be showing the games.
Or just move to Dublin. We get it anyway :D
Don't think they'll be on weekends. First game is March 15th which is a Tuesday.Quote:

I'd like to go to an away match in the North but midweek games would make it more difficult.
Personally I wouldn't have had any fears travelling up, but I was talking to a staunch Nationalist from Portadown living in Cobh and she said, in no uncertain terms, "don't go to Linfield"!
Tuesday is the first game, so if all games follow suit, there will be very little away fans travelling up North, Dublin or Longford. Pity about this, but at least we will have the trip to jack land for the final.....
There are three Setanta Channels.Quote:

Setanta Sports is an Irish channel (Ireland's fifth National channel as they refer to it) for Irish sports, it's a subscription channel approx €10-€12 per month depending on whether you have chorus digital or sky. If you're lucky enough to have NTL, it's free!
All pubs should have it, any pubs that show a good deal of sports will have it.
I really want to travel to Windsor Park, Well I wont be driving a c reg car around east belfast. But I think with a coach escorted to the ground we should be safe enough.Quote:

where is the final due to be played or will it be over 2 legs?
Tom Lynchs on Barrack St. have it but I think it might be safer going to Linfield then going in there!
Final is 1 leg. Saturday 21st May.Quote:
