Sad news, one of our most loyal and consistent players since he came to Harps :(
Martin Ferry has also been released by the club
the owner of the pub where section o meet up(john joes) used to work with him in monaghan top man accordfing to him!
a player that could ave signed for us two years ago! best of luck tom!
We'll always be grateful for that penalty in Ballybofey in '02 :)

He says that as Longford do most of their training in Dublin that it would be closer for him than travelling to Ballybofey.
He must not be still living in Fermanagh if that is the case as it is about an hour longer to Dublin than Ballybofey. To the best of my knowledge Longford have not thrown in a helicopter as part of the deal (though a certain Mr Quinn with Fermanagh conections has one parked at the Slieve Russell Golf Club in Cavan). ;)
He works in Monaghan so stright to training after work I would say.
