In light of a recent discussion in the Jim Goodwin thread about performance enhacing drugs in Spanish football, I stumbled across this article (in Spanish) today, in which an ex-Real Sociedad president appears to admit using club funds to buy doping products for 6 years.

That's no surprise. It's been in every single sport. You could probably literally find ping pong players from China that doped. Im serious, table tennis is very competitive there.

I'd eat my hat if several Spanish players aren't in the Operacion Puerto files. The Spanish anti-doping authority has no interest in releasing them though. Just the cyclists'.
ts naive beying believe to think its only Spanish player involved, or even only the best who dope. Look at Vilas-Boas recent comments about how they got Defoe back form injury so quickly.
