I think they meant if you writing an article then you can contribute it before 28th September !!

I.W.O.T.O. issue 5 will be available before the Longford game on Monday night. At the St Annes End entrance and Curragh Road ourside the Horseshoe and at the bus shelter. Copies will also be available from the Evergreen Bar.
