is it just luck of the draw of can you choose where u wanna sit when booking off that french ticket site?

No you can pick what category you wish to sit in and pay accordingly, within each cat ,seating arrangements will be as you say luck of the draw.

14 of us with tickets ordered and hopefully assured(i've got my sources) through FAI so i suppose as they are 22 euro that means they are Cat5 tickets. i'll take my binoculars.
