Kildare County�s promotion hopes suffered a potentially mortal blow at Station Road on Saturday night when Galway United took all three points courtesy of two goals from in-form striker Damien Dupuy.

The Frenchman, Galway�s Player of the Month for July, netted twice in the space of four second half minutes as Tony Mannion�s side closed the gap on fourth-placed Kildare to a single point.

(it was Prospect (Junior side) he was playing for down there first before goin to limerick for trials and as far as i know it was Damien himself that wasnt impressed with Limerick's set up when he tried out there.
