See speculation here that Brendan could be let go by City this week. Does any one have the ear of the club/management - we should get in there before Cobh go calling.

nice one. would be great to have Bren back and then what a midfied to choose from? sweeney, hughes (Brenden), Keats, Hartnett and Conway, my god strongest in the division. with Hill gone though and the fact hes from cork he might choose to stay local. I see Cant Pass is going too, who'll take him i wonder? :p
You'd want to be moving, according to the media, Galway are interested too.
cobh wont sign him,the bored don't have a ****in clue!
i heard galway on loan with bray and limerick being interseted. Quite reliable source also.
Got a call yesterday about Galway. Brendan was advised not to go there, and it seems he is going to follow this advice.
It doesn't look like we will get him back either. I was told that he wants to go to a club that are high in the table.
Would that be us then ? have'nt heard anything from our side yet. Where does he live ?Quote:

Couldnt see that happening so, but it could be possible, players have done it in the past etc...Quote:

he was advised not to go to Galway by whom and for what reason. He would find it hard to get in the Team like Brendan Hughes who was a hell of a nice fella but just didnt get the breaks early on.
John Russell is still out injured and Fran Carter is emigrating for a year before the seasons end so he could get into the Team if he was upto Scratch.
If a plyer had the choice of Galway or Limerick at the moment I think we all know which one he would chose.
Hear hear, you tell them gufct :D :D :DQuote:
