Campaign to get the mascot back for the League Cup Final

its only 2 weeks away and we need our Longford Lion back in the Flansiro !!! 2 league wins under our belt and the spring is back in the black n red's step.

so with that in mind i for one want the Mascot back for the Cup Final, we want colour and noise in the ground on the 30th and this is part of it....


So if ya see a member of the board between now and then, ask for OUR mascot back !!!!!!

Are you volunteering yourself then Max, I can see you in the Lion suit, geting abuse from all and sundry. Maybe Patrick J and Skipper will do it?!

Maybe we can borrow him off the Leinster rugby team... once seen the same lion on Grafton Street with a Leinster rugby shirt on drumming up support... Was wearing a Town jersey, and shouted Judas at him. Poor lad didnt know where to look....
