drive into Waterford - look for the yellow pub on your right across from a petrol station - the RSC is in front of you!

At that roundabout take the second exit which brings you across the bridge there right in front of the station. Once you cross the bridge keep left go the whole way along the river and at the top there is a hotel in front of you called Tower Hotel. There is a castle tower on the right.
