Agree at the game I think limerick had 1 shot on goal.. Cobh dominated the game from start to finish excellent performance..

Athlone Town vs Galway United was abandoned tonight due to floodlight failure at Lecarrow.

Floodlights went off during the warm up. The teams warmed up in the dark. They got them working again around 7.30. The match kicked off around 7.35 for about 4 minutes before the lights went off again. Two thirds of the lights came back on (the ones at the end United were defending were still off) and the ref resumed from where play had stopped. Athlone scored a scrappy goal into the dark end. The rest of the lights came on. Athlone scored a second. The lights all went off. The ref called it off at about 8.20.Quote:
