Getting a club in the LDMC?

How does someone looking to play with a top club in the LDMC go about it?

Do teams hold trials or is it word of mouth?....or is it something else?

Myself and my mate are thinking of playing this year, we play in one of the other junior leagues with a top team but are looking for a change of scenery.

Its word of mouth...the leading managers will ask you up training, or watch you play with your current club. Theres no set trials or anything like that..
