"Galway Utd. were yesterday informed by league commissioner Roy Dooney they must honour an agreement with Cork City and not play Mark Herrick against them. Cork insist Herrick cannot play against them as part of Septembers transfer deal."

It would be a pity if he is not allowed play, I'm sure he would be looking forward to it. The only thing is it would save him from the inevitable few shouts of "reject" from clueless City fans. This would be an embarrasment to the other 99% of City supporters who realise what a good player Herrick is and that when turning out for City that he never gave less then 100% committment.
Cheers Mark.

That's a pity. I was looking forward to Herro's return and, no doubt, he would really have been up for it.

What're the odds of this going to arbitration or something?! What a joke- I could understand if it was a loan move or something, but this taking the ****! What's Grunter saying? "You're too good to be playing against us, but I don't like you, so you got transferred" Incompetent muppet!

Herro
While I wouldn't slag off Herro or boo him I still would prefer if he didn't play. I would have been a waste for Gunther to have Herrick playing u-21 or warming the bench as clearly he wouldn't get in the team now.
Afterall its the 3 points for city thats important?
