Oriel Park on fire?

rumous flying around cyberspace that one of the ends has caught fire (no buildings).

Terrible news if true.

It Was just outside the peimitter fence at the Carrick road end(away section).Seems to have been the remenants of the old pitch that was put on fire.Maxi has his alibi sorted;)

strange one, bullit, eh? Obviously deliberate/vandalism would you agree? Good thing it was outside the perimeter.

As can be seen from the photo the fire is in three different areas so it was definitely set.Good crowd out to watch,hope they turn up as fast on Friday night!! :)

It wasn't me. I'm only home from a party. I have alibis I was with 5 other mons fans. Off topic...how do you get rid if the smell of petrol? :-D
