Sligo Rovers to hold a collection for Sligo Tidy Town Committee

Sligo Rovers are showing their support for the recent clean up Sligo initiative as they will be holding a collection for Sligo Tidy Towns committee at their game against Bray Wanderers in the Showgrounds on Tuesday night, kick-off 7:45pm. The club will also be making a donation to the committee at half-time.

Sligo Tidy Towns committee are hoping to raise funds towards additional flowers/planting, painting, etc, improvements which will present Sligo in a better light and improve the local environment, making Sligo a better place to live, work and visit.

Just as the recent Good Friday Clean Up kick started the transformation of Sligo Town, the collection at the Showgrounds will help kick-start their fundraising efforts.
