Shels & Alvarito ?

Anyone know what this is all about? Did Shels have a Spanish international player on the books briefly in the 60s?

Shels met Atletico in the Fairs Cup in 64/5 so it probably came out of that. Shels put out Portuguese side Belenenses in the first round btw.
