more like 'Irish people living in Holland get discount', the FAI obviously sought a way to distribute tickets to fans living in Holland, there probably aren't that many associations or groups you can go through over there so the Irish club and GAA club will do the handing out. Fair enough IMO.
it's not like there's a branch of the FAI supporters club there (or am I wrong on that count?).
ah ya see amde ya look, but it is funny that gaa members get €5 off a ticket for a "foreign" game :D
