IMO the league needs more foreign imported managers from Europe & beyond. Think training & tactics would pribaby improve a lot with some fresh ideas that not come from home or Britian.
In fact eL is probably 100% irish managers now?

It is still a local game with Cork player returning for England, more than likely ending up in Cork. Of course there are exceptions but the game is too localised IMO for foreign managers to work
