O’Connor goal sees Kildare to top spot

An injury time winner from experienced striker Barry O’Connor gave Kildare County a victory in Sligo on Saturday night, which was enough to see the Thoroughbreds back to the top of the First Division table.

The former Drogheda United, Bray Wanderers and Ireland under-21 striker struck with virtually the final kick of the ball to beat Ken O’Malley in the Sligo goal.
