What a great performance from Spurs tonight. How refreshing to see a manager pick a 442 formation away from home, with 2 wingers and an little ball player in the middle of the park. i salute you Harry Redknapp. Wonderful defending and great attacking football. The game lives on … happy days.

Spurs have resorted to long ball occasionally with Crouch, frustratingly it's happened against the teams who can lap it up, Stoke, Hull, Wolves ridiculous points dropped by a team capable of beating 3 of the top 5 in an extremely difficult run in.
I doubted bent 'Arry all season but now I salute him, I hope Jenas is suitably replaced, proper right back cover is recruited and most of all more fire power when Defoe's goals dried up Pav came good but for the last month it's been Bale and I don't want to go into a CL campaign hoping the left back comes good with goals!!
As an aside I'd now be surprised to see Keane return to Spurs, I expect Harry to try & get Gudjonsen permanently and add a Defoe alternative which is unlikely to be Keane.
They were awful in the home match with Wolves and I didn't see the away game. Against Stoke and Hull I didn't think they resorted to long ball at all and should have beaten both of them comfortably, especially Hull.Quote:

Yeah I remember seeing a few of the highlight and Redknapp accepting that they didn't deserve anything after. They really did have another ten points or so there for the taking big time but I suppose nearly every team could say that.
