I'll be installing a Foot.ie skin in a day or two. I'll reintegrate the Thanks thing as soon as I can.

There isn't a list of changes, no. Generally, the big change is the addition of the Content Management System, from where we'll be running our blog/news, and full integration of the blogs.
Forum functionality should be generally the same, but yeah, there are a few annoyances like that. The colours are crap too, but I'm working to rectify that.
I'll file a bug report about the threads issue if one hasn't been filed already.
Now I come to think of it, this is as good a place as any to create a list of what IS new.
Any chance of getting the forum to be shown in a different column when doing a new posts search?

a minor annoyance, but the url for the forums has changed from foot.ie/forums to foot.ie/forum so now my bookmarks are all wrong!
will this be changed back, or should I just update my bookmarks?
Because vb has a content management system now, and we don't need a separate blog, I moved the whole thing down to root so the URLs would be shorter. So you'll have to update your bookmarks, sorry! ;)
All links to threads in posts from before the update don't work anymore either.
Yeah was just looking at that on the December POTM voting thread, each link brings you to the forum rather than the part of the thread concerned. Which is not a bad thing for most of them in fairness. :)Quote:

I don't know if this is a site thing or my computer maybe but I can't see a lot of the avatars. I can see some people's including my own, mostly those who are members I think. Not a big deal just curious as to what the story is.
