Drogheda United Last man standing

this is a bit last minute but one of the lads is running a last man standing for drogs to raise a few bob,im just copying and pasting his post off our mb

Hi All,

Ive set up a last man standing which will begin on the 16th January 2010. Im looking to get as many involved as possible as all money raised is going to the Claret and Blue Club.

If anyone would like to get involved its 10 euro entry [half to prize fund, half to Claret and Blue Club]. Feel free to send me a message and I will send out full details to all interested.

The first set of fixtures is
Gameweek 1 - 16January2010
Stoke City V Liverpool
Blackburn V Fulham
Chelsea V Sunderland
Man Utd V Burnley
Portsmouth V Birmingham
Tottenham V Hull City
Wolves V Wigan
Everton V Man City
Aston Villa V West Ham
Bolton V Arsenal

The rules are:
1. Each week you must pick 1 team to win.
2. You may only pick each team once in a round (for example, if you pick Arsenal in week one then you cannot pick them again for the next 9 weeks).
3. If your team wins you move on to the next round, if your team loses or draws you are knocked out.
4. There are 10 rounds in each series.
5. The winner is the 'last man standing' or anyone left after round 10.
6. The winner/winners receive 50% of the pool of money with the other 50% going to The Claret and Blue CLub
7. In the event of nobody surviving a given weekend, the prize fund will rollover. The entry fee will again be charged for the rollover competition [new entrants may join].
8. A selections list will be issued prior to any fixtures, and all selections must be notified via e-mail [lastdrogstanding@gmail.com] by 5.00pm each Friday.
9. It costs 10 euro to enter, the more entrants the bigger the prize fund.
10. If a game is postponed AFTER the choices are in, anyone who has picked a team involved will move on but cannot choose that team again.
11. If an entrant fails to nominate a selection, that person will be allocated the first alphabetically available home team that they have yet to choose, e.g. Arsenal, then Aston Villa, etc…
