Can anyone shed light on this for me

There are two issues I think are fairly critical but others may be able to confirm them.

1. Is next Tuesday (16th) the deadline for registering players for the forthcoming season i.e. the transfer window closes on that date. Does this only affect transfers from other eL clubs or all player registrations?

2. If we do sign any junior players for next season, and since the FAI junior cup semi-finallists play in the senior cup next season, will those players be cup tied? Glenmore had a big problem with this last season - from what I remember a one-year exception was made (one of Fran Rooney's first jobs at the helm). However the situaiton for this season is unclear.

AFAIK, after the deadline, you can only sign players who are not attached to another club.

Junior and senior clubs I presume. Sure the committee are on top of this already.
