This will only become an issue if it is breached at the end of the season with all creditors,(i.e.players, revenue etc,) as there is no sanction for mid season. For what it is worth i believe(and honestly hope) Cork will be in the Premier next season as they have broken no rules so far. Whethet Coughlan is at the helm or not is a million dollar question.Quote:

Also, wages due again this week, so the claim that players are paid up to date could be incorrect come friday. While i'd love to see us hold the squad together and stat in the premier, I don't see how we could possibly be under 65% unless TNB writes off the directors loans.
My reading of it is that we wont be thrown out a la Derry City, not that he's guaranteeing we'll get a licence from the licencing committee.
