Never fails to amaze me how much the Irish pay for cars. Hope I'm not upsetting the poster who has probably sold the car by now and it is a fair ROI price - that car could be picked up for £7-900 sterling here :eek:

That shouldn't be upsetting anyone. I bought my first car nearly nine years ago to the day ...similar spec (ie. tipping ten years old, 5 door, 1.1 or 1.2, very good nick but with only half the mileage). Bought it from a dealer and got a 6 month guarantee -IR£750.

In a flooded market the price is well hot (sorry atfc ;) )
