i have to say boys i have not seen a better prospective irish amateur boxer ever!!.
that might sound a bit over the top bearing in mind carruth,dowling etc but this guy is outstanding.

He's total class....definitely has a major future ahead of him. He's a dedicated, level-headed young fella that has always wanted one thing: to box at the Olympics.
Limerick now has two major medal prospects going to Athens; Andy Lee and Sam Lynch (World Champion Rower).
Pity about the soccer side of things though.....:( :( :(

English guy he beat was Commenwealth gold medallist and Serbian had won medals at world and europeans before.
Everyone should get behind Andy. He is the pride of Ireland not just Limerick. Damn NTL and their lack of Eurosport.
