I'm from Conna myself, and may i totally endorse this fair and unbiased match report.:D
Actually there has been a huge surge of interest in City since Liam joined. I saw around 20 faces at one of the games last year, which from a village of Connas size is a hell of a lot.
Its like Arsenal buying a Japanese player for the extra support.
its the same with sean prunty being from ballinalee in Longford, a small village that supports him, there was a banner up for the two finals last year and they have set up their own supporters club too, when he was at boro a group went over there too...good to see local supporting their own..
Conna, Home to Monty's Pass!
great to see the eL lads get a run in and showing that they are more than capable of mixing it with the Brylcreme crowd.
That would not have happened in Setters' days
Conna, home to loads of people who made money off Monty's Pass.:DQuote:

nice to see the rebel army paranoia of the "Dublin Bias" reaching parts as far a field as Conna....Quote:
they would have won but for penalties being denied them by yet another Dublin referee and linesman who FAILED to see blatant infringements
