A seven minute spell midway through the second half yielded three goals for Longford Town as they overcame Finn Harps in a weekend pre-season friendly played at Flancare Park.
New signing Dessie Baker proved his worth by scoring two of his side’s goals on his debut, while Eric Lavine opened the scoring with a neat finish.
