Shels announce Hartlepool friendly

eircom League Premier Division champions Shelbourne will visit the northeast of England next week to take on English League Division Two side Hartlepool United.

Shels had already announced two pre-season friendlies, against Finn Harps in Ballybofey on Saturday February 28th and Portadown six days later.

But before those games they will take in a short trip to England to pit themselves against Hartlepool, who gained promotion from Division Three last season and are currently just four points off the play-off places in Division Two.
