The U-21 squad numbered 40, comprising players from the KDFL Development Squad and a number of others looking for trials, and that this would be whittled down by Thomas Donnolly before the start of the season.

I dare not give my opinion on Shane Harte....was accused of bringing more negativity and sour grapes to the official Kildare board when I gave it there.
