Piece on front of Tribune today saying three UK businessmen were launching a takeover of United!?!?!?!?! Anyone here anything? Look at Advertiser to see if there was anything there as well - not a thing on that, and not even a preview of tomorrow's game

Theres been false dawn's,phoney white knights etc before.
they seem to be football fans looking to make money rather than just some business heads ? Have to say, that if it doesnt go ahead the club could be finished !
Its not an ideal solution, but the only show in town at the moment.
Its gone quiet on this issue in recent weeks but i assume its just because talks are at a delicate stage.Heres hoping they are still going to save the club.If not then its Cobh in the A championship next season along with Bohs,Cork and maybe others too.
