St Pat's trial for Cameroon star
www.breakingnews.ie
St Patrick’s Athletic manager Eamonn Collins is to give Cameroon international Joseph Ndo a trial at the Inchicore club.
Collins describes the midfielder as a "strong, physical player, and someone who could make a big impression in the league."
"He trialled at Coventry City not too long ago, but work visa problems prevented them from signing him." Ndo’s lack of international games back in November 2002 saw his application turned down.
Ndo, who was part of the Cameroon squads at the 1998 and 2002 World Cups, has endured a poor run of form in recent times, which has seen him switch clubs and countries from RC Strasbourg in France to Swiss club Neuchatal Xamax, while a spell with Saudi Arabian club Al Khaleej was cut short due to contractual difficulties.
The 27-year-old is currently plying his trade in the Chinese league
