He'd be a decent signing I suppose. Pat's might let him go seeing as they have a good collection of central defenders to step in. Probably would be a better defender than either Bennett or Coughlan to partner Murray. Seems a strange area to concentrate on.
How about it, a midfield of Dolyer Dan Murray Georgie and Kearney.
Foley at the back with Coughlan/Benno.
Apparently you bid 50,000 for him last year. IMO the best defender in the league and I'd be disgusted if he went.

Heard someone say that only 2 clubs in the Premier Division made a profit last season and that one of them was Derry.

thats a lot of money. IMO we'd be better off concentrating on midfield right now, dan and benno are a good pairing in defence, and derek will do as back-up for the moment.Quote:
