"Lawrie Sanchez has been appointed the new Northern Ireland manager. Sanchez has signed a two-year contract after the Football Association of Ireland opted for the 44-year-old ahead of the other candidate for the position, Jimmy Nicholl.

apparently he was second choice as jimmy nichol wanted too much dosh.personally i think it would be easier to climb mount everest in yer nip to be honest ,than to make a success of this job:D
