Maybe a turning point? Maybe the complete downfall?
One thing, it will do, is see how the players react to a Scully rollocking.

We're finally, and just about, back on winning ways so hopefully that confidence will carry through to the weekends game.
1-1 i'd say.
I reckon another shocker awaits. 1-0 to Athlone.
I could go with a castletroy blue prediction however of Limerick 9 - Athlone 7 :D;)
2-0 win, goals form Shane Treacey and Paul Cummins early in the first half.
Shane Clarke started and was impressive in the beginning but looked tired in the 2nd half.
Paul Cummins was stretchered off late in the 2nd half with a badly broken ankle.
Good win, it was badly needed
Players must have got some kick up the arse last week cause they were well up for it last night, good performance all round but Cummins injury saw very little in the way of joy from anyone.
Last I heard he was being kept overnight in Tullamore hospital.
heard that he has dislocated his ankle .possible other damage as well.
on behalf of the boro lads i would like to wish him the best of luck and a speedy recovery from this terrible injury..
Such a pity for Cummins, hopefully he'll mak a full recovery.
i taught cummins was injured before athlone game and expected to be out for 4/6 weeks or something, should have been playing?
very unlucky this season with injuries to strikers.
could shane clarke deliver once he gets up to fitness?
Paul Cummins injury was a dislocated ankle and a small fracture. He will hopefully be back on his feet in about 10 weeks. Its relatively good news considering how bad things looked for him at the time. I'd like to wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him playing football again in the near future :ball:
Delighted for the player...hope he make a full recovery...
