They usually aren't done on provincial basis, as last season Monaghan Utd were in with Bohs and Shels, FC Carlow were in with Cork City, and Derry were with Galway and Sligo
Probably along the lines of this:
Galway, Castlebar, Mervue, Salthill, Sligo, Derry, Finn Harps
Athlone, Drogheda, Monaghan, Dundalk, Bohemians, Shelbourne, Fingal.
Kilkenny, Cork, Cobh, Limerick, Wexford, Waterford, Tralee
Shamrock Rvs, St Pats, Kildare, UCD, Bray, Tullamore, Longford
Starting first weekend in July far as I know
start date is apparently weekend of the 4th of July
would guess at pretty much same groups as last year with any new teams added in along the way. not done on a provincial basis but still not to far to travel I think furthest last year for Youths would have been Cork or Limerick which are about 2.5 hours on a bus from Wexford
Yeah that would be about right I'd say, same teams for us as last year, with Tralee added if they're putting a team in.
Fixtures out next week.
Cobh won't be in the twenties this season
Any news of the U-20 fixtures

Just wondering does anyone know when the fixtures are out??
Fixtures have been released to the clubs for pools one and three, pools 2 and 4 to follow. Reason for this is that there is an uneven number of teams in pools one and three
The format for this needs to be looked at big time. The FAI have banged on about a national under 19 league but, as of yet, there is no signs.
We have only 12 games to offer players, other teams have only 10. Thats ridiculous, the players sign for your club from July to November, what are you meant to do from November to July again? You end up losing them to their Junior clubs again.
In my opinion, if the FAI don't decide on the under 19 league then they should split it up into two sections the same as the A league and play the games in and around the same time as the first and reserve teams.
Section A to have: Athlone, Longford, Derry, Salthill, Harps, Mervue, Galway, Sligo, Castlebar, Drogs, Dundalk, Monaghan and Fingal.
Section B: Rovers, Kildare, Pats, Bray, UCD, Limerick, Kilkenny, Carlow, Waterford, Cork, Shels and Bohs.
That guarantees 24 and 22 games respectively with semi final and final afterwards. Much more like it and a chance for clubs to hold onto these players.
