Poster Campaign-Assistance

Now dont shy away because the word Assistance in in the title.Read on.

As we all saw for the alst game v Bohs there were new and improved posters accross town and county and beyond(Ballyshannon,Bundoran,Donegal Town Carrick, Boyle).These took 2.5 days to put up in these locations.Now we all agree they are huge improvement and very eye catching.At the Bohs game you would have seen the posters for the enxt 2 games on the gates to the showgrounds and are very impressive.

SO no point having fantastic posters promoting Rovers matches if we cannot get them out.We need help to distribute them and need fans help to do so.

We are looking fans to help put up at leat 1 or as many as they like in their local pub.shop, petrrol station, work place anywher you think will be noticed and help atract fans to teh showgrounds.

Poster can be collected at the previous match 2 weeks in advance in the showgrounds by fans so no chasing up someone to get them.

For last game psoter went as far as Bundoran,Boyle,Carrick On Shannon,Donegal Town. Cant expect the same lads to cover these every game so need volunteers in the following:

Tubbercurry-Ballymote-Charlestown-Grange-Cliffoney-Bundoran-Donegal Town-Boyle-Carrick-Manorhamilton-Dromahair-Ballisodare-Collooney-Coollaney-Carraroe.

So if lads could pm me or mail me at alan@thebitored.com to get contacts would greatly help your club.

There will be posters for the Galway game available after the Shams match for anybody who is able to put them up.

I am also looking for people that are working in factories who are able to put up posters/flyers in the workplace.If you had contacts for the sports and social club reps-better still.

Alan gave me a list of emails which I used but out of them all I only got one response.Some of them even bounced back.

I know it might be a pain in the backside but anybody who is interested in putting up posters-even if it's only one, can you leave me your details again and I'll contact everybody within the next 2 days.

The bottom line is that we will have to pay somebody to put them up if we cant get help.
