Committees elect chairpersons

Three of the sub-committees of the Football Association of Ireland have elected their new chairpersons, who will also go forward to sit on the new ten-person Board of Management executive committee, a body which was deemed necessary by the Genesis report of 2002.

The underage, domestic and international committees all elected their chairmen at a meeting in the Citywest Hotel in Dublin on Friday afternoon.
