Jesus
All the best to him and his family. That is really sad news:(
Best of luck to the guy. Sorry to hear.
Dunny reported it when he posted the Pats team as some sort of fit. No matter what it is i hope he is going to be okay.
Yeah read it on the Pat's forum as a fit.
All the best to him.:(
crap. hope hes ok
Hope he's ok :(
Glen suffered an epileptic seizure during the pre-match warm up. He's in the mater hospital. Believe he will be ok.
Damn. Has he had a history of seizures or what?
Hope the lad is back on the pitch soon.
Glen had an epileptic seizure during his warm up, The bohemians doctor and medics attended to him at the side of the pitch before he was taken by Ambulance to Hospital. By half time the news was that he was sitting up in the bed and talking to the doctors. He will be kept in overnight for observation and further tests.
It was a terrible sight to behold once it became apparent that it was something serious that had happened. It all seemed to unfold very quickly too.
Speedy recovery Glen.
Get well soon Glen !
This brings back memories of Pat Dunne collapsing at Tolka Park before a derby game against bohs. I was devestated that night and couldn't even think about the game. I really hope Glen is ok. Best wishes to him and his family.
Good luck to Glen, kudos to those present on the swift response. In most cases, there's nothing to prevent epileptics from returning to competitive sport after a proper evaluation. Hopefully Glen will be back in the game.
best wishes and a speedy recovery to a nice fella, well done to the medical people.
Hope he makes a full recovery.
Glad to hear it wasnt heart related. Hopefulyl he makes a speedy recovery and
well done to all involved in the medic side of things.
