hmmm i hope no injuries occur though......
Its only ten mins away anyway
Going head to head with the LoI fixtures? Interesting.
Booked the flights should be a bit of craic. Liked Craven Cottage the last time.
Great news! Thought the match last year against Columbia was brilliant in ever respect. Organisation, location, result. Can't wait.
ya and afterwards, Bible code sundays played a great set in brogans. Which is only a 10 min walk from teh stadium, if you walk fast.
Flights booked, looking forward to this.
Great atmosphere last year, Craven Cottage is a great stadium.
I'm off to this one!
Only a week before Sofia as well, important practice prior to a very important game for us against Bulgaria.
Will be interesting to see how seasons have gone/finished up for the likes of Gibson, Andrews, Whelan and any of the others in the running for the midfield spots
there is a number of nigerians here, why not just have the match at the rds?
few of my mates are nigerian would have been good craic going to the match in dublin but no we play the match in fecking london. seriously why?
Well I see nothing wrong with Craven Cottage. There is a large amount of people who come over from the UK for every Ireland game so nothing wrong with having a game in Craven Cottage.
Nigeria played Jamaica recently and Italy played Brazil also in London so its not as if we are the first or the last. Nearly anybody I spoke to said that the atmosphere was top class versus Colombia at Craven Cottage and a very enjoyable night.
Fulham are paying the FAI/Nigerian FA to host the game (they keep the receipts)
Quite a few London grounds are doing it now
^ Tut! Tut! Tut! to all of the above.:(
 No it isn't good news! The last "friendly" (Unity Cup) with Nigeria in London was without doubt the worst game I have ever attended. It cost me £100 for 2 tickets for my daughter and me - her first game - a 3-0 walkover. Totally meaningless and a complete embarrassment - the players didn't give a toss. I still remember the disappointment on a 7 year old's face at the end of the game. I won't be going.

Why not compare it with the last game in London rather than against the opposition Nigeria. Also we are playing Bulgaria the next week so people will be playing for places also.
Maybe you're right ... Craven Cottage is a decent stadium - there aren't many where you can have a pint overlooking the river at half time. The Columbia game was a much better affair. Hope the tube works this time.

I think its a disgrace to choose to play a game in London over IRELAND!
But its not a home game thats like saying its a disgrace that we played Denmark in Denmark over Dublin.
