How much should give as a wedding present for a friend, these days?
I got my cousin some towels, delivering them tomorrow!
€50. Judge from there.
100 would be typical, but if its like your best friend since childhood or something like that then you might want to give like 250 or 500 if you can afford it.
What KevB76 said. Another factor is whether it's just you or you and a partner.
EDIT: FFS don't give them tokens. I'm sure the people that bought myself and the wife Meadows & Byrne tokens meant well, but we ended up with €460 worth, for a shop that basically carries nothing but pretentious shνte.

100 would be a safe bet for a cousin or other family, they wouldnt expect more unless they know you won the lottery or something.
Like Dodge said, cash is best - it might seem impersonal but it'll be appreciatred more. Weddings are extremely expensive but a bit of cash from each guest/couple goes some way toward easing the burden.
Last year I gave my cousin 200 and my mate 200.
I'm groomsman in a few months to one of my best mates and will probably up it to 400/500....depending on how I get on in the bookies between now and then:D
If its family or friends then 200, if its a good friend 250.
