i would be extremely disappointed if gerry got it. he could only do it part-time and wouldn't have the contacts to bring in quality players. he should by all means be assistant to the new man who hopefully will be in place within a few weeks
Hope not Gerry, Suppose Matthews will have his name in there?, along with that stanley collymore fella again.

Can't see Matthews being available for any club until his dispute with Cork City over unfair dismissal is sorted.
