Hearing bad reports... Still raining and a lot of floods about..... Anyone know when or if there's an inspection due?
according to pats they have asked longford for an inspection at lunchtime. No word back yet though
Infairness, the last time we asked for an early inspection, the FAI couldn't get us a ref to do the inspection......
Pitch inspection @ 2pm, so answer around 2.30, according to Bertie Magoo the Bitter Blue on the Pats MB.....
hmmm dilemmer
If the game is off, how will the season get finished in time?
Reports from Maynooth train station is that Tom the Gom is on his way...

It means he really is mental - the top two clash in Dalyer, and his goes to a mid table mud fest....
Game defo on
I have just being on the pitch with Rob Ghee and Tony Kelly the fourth officical passed it fit at 2.15 pm. The pitch is soggy but there are no pools of water on it.
I have seen worse pitches than that and the groundsman did some work on the pitch since 11.00 am this morning.
We had a game called off there last season with him in the vicinity! He predicted it too. :eek:Quote:
