the rte website has only realplayer as an option to play video clips, it never works on my laptop and someone said that is because of ntl, just wondering if that is true and is there anything i can do so i can watch clips?

All you need to do is download Realplayer :confused:
I'm on NTL broadband and there is no problems playing the clips as long as the up to date realplayer is installed in the computer!
realplayer is installed, and never works. no problem in work but then for whatever reason never works at home
Nothing to do with NTL (Works for me)
Try accessing it from different browsers
Try uninstalling realplayer, and re-installing it.
Won't work for me with Firefox, but works fine with IE. Firefox, for some reason, doesn't recognize the real player plug in.
Even when Realplayer is working I have found RTE videos to be of uncertain quality. Longer videos don't always complete.
